Spend 30 minutes tuning into your body on Wednesday evenings. Listening to what you need mid-week. Find a space to sit and come together with other educators and frontline workers who are in need of respite, support, connection on a deeper level. Learn a new practice by engaging in a contemplative practice each week. No need for specific equipment or expensive tools. Your mind, body, and a way to listen online to the guided practice with others. After the 30 minute practice, stay on for optional support, discussion, dialogue, and a deeper connection to others.
