Where are the bright spots on your calendar, in your day/evening, month? Do you plan for outings, carved out sections on your calendar just for you, or scheduled small joys that can you can look forward to in the week? I used to think it had to be the big things I would wait for all month or year....now it is the warm cup of coffee, a check-in with a friend, group text thread that is fun, actual lunch with no meetings or work, sitting quietly with the crickets and twinkle lights. Small "bright lights"....find them this week.
